Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our UK team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate passionate about the accessories and luxury goods industry who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital commerce. You will work closely with our e-commerce team to support daily operations, ensure an excellent online customer experience, and contribute to business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the daily management and maintenance of the Longchamp e-commerce websites and marketplaces
* Support product launches online: upload product descriptions, imagery, and ensure accuracy of product information.
* Monitor product performance, sales trends, and online KPIs, preparing reports and insights.
* Assist in analyzing customer behavior and website traffic to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Help ensure brand consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.
Profile
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Keen eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills
* Team player able to build strong and efficient relationships
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint
* Bachelor's degree required
* Previous digital experience required
* Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud desirable but not required.
