We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Reconciliation Manager to lead our reconciliation function and manage a team of analysts within our growing finance team. This is a key role where you’ll oversee reconciliations, resolve supplier queries, and ensure the smooth running of financial processes across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
14. Managing and supporting a team of reconciliation analysts
15. Investigating and resolving supplier queries across a range of case management systems
16. Liaising with disbursement suppliers to reconcile statements and update matter references
17. Reviewing client and office balances on acquired matters+
18. Processing disbursement payments
19. Reviewing invoices on matters to balance ledgers
20. Reconciling data within Excel
21. Assisting with queries from team members across the business
22. Working closely with the Finance Integration team and Head of Accounts and Funding
23. Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
24. Other administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills and Experience:
25. Experience managing a small team within a finance or reconciliation function
26. Exposure to acquisitions or system migration projects
27. Legal Cashier experience and familiarity with SRA Accounts Rules
28. Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly during change or integration periods
29. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and reconcile financial data accurately
30. Proven experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office, including data analysis and reconciliations
31. Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
32. CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
