Role Information

All of our Hair & Beauty Academies play a vital role in connecting learners with life‑changing opportunities, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to join our growing team.
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for recruiting new learners, building strong networks, and generating leads to meet and exceed enrolment targets. This is a target‑based role that combines relationship‑building, sales expertise, and community engagement.
You will represent our Hair & Beauty Academies with professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to learners’ success and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive learner recruitment through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Build relationships with potential learners, partners, and local organisations to promote our training programmes.
* Achieve individual and team recruitment targets through effective pipeline management.
* Provide excellent customer service and guidance to learners throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all data handling complies with GDPR.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
* Act in alignment with our company values and professional standards.
* Uphold our Safeguarding, Prevent, and Health & Safety policies, remaining vigilant to any potential concerns.
* Follow our IT, Data Protection, and Information Security policies.
* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of their role.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
