About Us
Brue Valley Farms is a traditional, family-owned business based in the heart of Somerset, dedicated to producing award-winning artisan butter and cows' milk mozzarella. We combine generations of dairy expertise with traditional methods and skilled craftsmanship to supply high-quality retailers and independent outlets across the country.
With a clear vision to make and sell the best-tasting, highest-quality dairy products, we're proud to maintain the values and techniques of artisan dairy production while growing sustainably.
The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, strong, and experienced Production Operator to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, working to ensure our artisan dairy products are produced and packed to the highest standards our customers expect.

· Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
· Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with health and safety regulations.
· Assist with routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of production equipment.
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience as a Production Operator, Packer, or in a similar manufacturing role.
· Physically fit, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
· Strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
· Familiarity with dairy production or food manufacturing is desirable but not essential.

· A full-time, permanent position: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 or Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30
