Senior Recruitment Consultant
* Lead by example to drive sales and new business development activity
* Mentor, support and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
* Build strong, long term relationships with schools and understand their staffing needs
* Attract, interview, and place top education professionals in exciting roles
* Attend client meetings, school visits, and networking events
* Drive performance through KPIs and structured business development
* Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to ensure all candidates are onboarded compliantly and a seamless booking experience
* Take responsibility for improvements of key business areas
* Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the education sector and specialist areas to maximise potential opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience within a 360 sales environment is essential
* Proven track record of exceeding growth and GP targets
* Ability to drive strong activity levels
* Experience of leading teams to success
* Previous work within a high compliance sector
* A high standard of written and oral communication skills
* Outstanding organisational skills and strong attention to details
