We are The Finns Group, a design-led studio specialising in construction, interior design, and property development in Hertfordshire. We're seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who is proactive, highly organised, and confident in delivering excellent client service from first enquiry through to project completion.
As an Admin, what you'll do
* Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, delivering excellent customer service through phone and email
* Manage directors' and teams' calendars, inboxes, and schedules
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and professional presentations
* Keep our CRM systems and contact lists up to date, including segmentation and organisation
* Support meetings with agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners
* Assist with digital marketing tasks, including email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot), automations, and social media scheduling and engagement
* Help maintain a collaborative, efficient, and welcoming studio environment
What we're looking for
* Proven administrative experience and strong customer service skills
* Confidence using digital tools such as Notion, Google Drive, and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
* A highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in construction or interior design is a bonus but not essential
