We are seeking a motivated and innovative team member to autonomously serve as a project manager for the implementation of the Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training programme across BDCFT. This role includes ensuring that all activities are meticulously planned and efficiently managed.
You will oversee and facilitate training provision alongside co-trainers with expertise stemming from their experiences as autistic individuals and individuals with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of management, thereby promoting clear and effective communication.

Working independently to project manage and co-ordinate the roll-out of the Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training programme across BDCFT. This includes taking a lead role in ensuring all activities are well planned and managed effectively.
Lead and support the delivery of the training alongside the facilitator.
Incorporate a continuous improvement approach into the programme to ensure the successful delivery of the project objectives and meeting KPIs.
Build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels of management, ensuring clear and effective communication lines.
Lead and support expert by experience co-trainers who will be autistic people and people with a learning disability.
Work within their scope of competence, referring issues or training needs that they cannot deal with to the appropriate individual(s).
