At Adaptable Recruitment we have a excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join an ever growing company in Liverpool area Salary: Up to £23,000 DOE Holidays: 25 days - plus bank holidays Location: Liverpool - Fully office based Working Hours: 37.5 hours Benefits: Enhanced Benefits Package Main Responsibilities to include: Greet all visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Act as the first point of contact - in person, by phone, and via email. Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area and client meeting rooms. Organise refreshments for guests, meetings, and directors. Handle incoming/outgoing post, deliveries and courier bookings. Issue visitor and building passes. Arrange transport and parking for visitors when needed. Set up meeting rooms with necessary materials (e.g. flipcharts, pens, brochures). Provide general office admin support - printing, scanning, filing, and binding documents. Order office supplies and manage stock levels. Support the Directors' PA with diary management, travel bookings, and occasional document preparation. Help keep the client kitchen area clean and presentable throughout the day. The idea candidate: Excellent communication skills - clear, polite and professional. Confident, personable and well-presented. Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively. Comfortable working independently and using initiative. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in a similar front-of-house or admin-based role is an advantage.
