Location: Fully remote, but MUST be within easy reach of Surrey / South London for team and client meetings.
Hours: Part-time (reduced hours across 4–5 days a week) with potential to grow to full-time.
Salary: Subject to experience (with potential for sales incentives if you bring in work).

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead client relationships – act as day-to-day contact for B2B clients, building trust and ensuring delivery runs smoothly.
• Support strategy & campaigns – work across multi-channel marketing (content, digital, creative)
• Keep projects moving – brief creative teams, manage outputs, and coordinate delivery.
• Spot opportunities – flag ways to add value and grow client accounts.
• Work closely with leadership – support the CSD and wider team, contributing ideas and ensuring client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
• Proven (b2b) marketing agency experience – MUST.
• Strong client-handling skills with confidence in stakeholder conversations.
• Remote working experience (and the discipline to self-manage).
• Organised, reliable, and proactive — able to keep projects on track without heavy PM support.
• Some understanding of digital and modern marketing tools is helpful, but not essential.
• Flexible, collaborative style – happy to pitch in where needed.
