Your Role
As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our project delivery, ensuring every aspect is managed to the highest standard:
* Project Leadership: Organise and monitor direct and subcontract labour to guarantee successful project handover.
* Documentation: Produce comprehensive record and maintenance manuals, including as-built drawings and technical literature.
* Procurement: Place and manage subcontract orders for specialised electrical systems.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
* Financial Oversight: Cost forecasting and ongoing budget monitoring.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
* Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning process to ensure systems perform to specification.
* Team Development: Support junior project engineers, fostering their professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar project management role within electrical or building services.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. Experience in cost control and risk management.
