We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can deliver dynamic, engaging visual content - both static and motion - across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to bring campaigns and creative ideas to life, while ensuring everything stays true to our brand. This role is fast-paced and deadline-driven, perfect for someone who's highly organised, thrives under pressure, and brings sharp creative flair to their work.
As the Graphic Designer you will also work closely with Printers, signage providers, cloudcast technology suppliers, and creative freelancers.
Please note this is a fully office based role in West London.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
* Design and produce high-impact static and motion assets for digital, social, in-store screens, out-of-home, and print.
* Champion and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
* Translate campaign briefs into exciting, on-brand creative assets.
* Edit and produce short-form videos and animations (e.g. digital signage).
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ops, CRM) and external partners (printers, signage).
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.
* Stay plugged into design trends and food culture to keep our creative fresh.
Ideal Graphic Designer profile:
* 3+ years of design experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team.
* A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Solid understanding of social media formats and digital best practices.
* Great eye for layout, typography, colour, and detail.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
* Self-starter with a can-do attitude, capable of taking a project from concept to delivery.
* Experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
* Happy to work 5x days a week in the office in West London.
