Role: Business Transformation Consultant
Location: Old Trafford, M16
Hours: 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday
Package: £55, –£65, p/a + £5k OTE
Reporting into the Director of Strategic Projects, you will play an integral part of the projects team by driving change across the business.
We are already global market leaders, but we aren’t stopping there: we have a huge appetite for growth. You will act as our very own internal consultant on business wide projects. This role will see you develop and deliver the strategic initiatives to deliver on our plan. You might be investigating and delivering complimentary products and services, defining and delivering on our approach to Technology, implementing automation, or delivering our remote working capabilities. The scope is varied, but what is certain is that you will be working on our biggest questions and opportunities: making meaningful, long-term impact to the business.
Collaboration is key in this role; liaising with stakeholders from all functions within the business as well as being the key link between the functions and the board on the projects that you’re working on.
Role and responsibilities :
1. Take high level ideas / problem statements and translate them into tangible project objectives.
2. Research internally and externally, creating the case for change
3. Design appropriate trails; collating and analysing data that will provide clear information on which to base Go / No Go decisions
4. Develop implementation plans and leads on project execution through to value realisation.
5. Act as an independent party on projects to ensure that the right solution is developed
6. Conduct bi-weekly board updates on projects to ensure strong communication, clear visibility and transparency is maintained on all projects
What we are looking for:
7. Experience working in project / program management
8. Consultancy experience
9. Demonstrable experience of business analysis and successful business change
10. Knowledge of business process analysis and design techniques
11. First class presentation and documentation skills
12. Comfortable and adept influencing up to board level
13. Fast pace B2B, or B2C experience essential
14. Can lead business and technology enabled initiatives
15. Excellent attention to detail
16. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
