Offer description

Write a short description of your company, a boilerplate of the business, service or product that you offer. Include your business idea and the target audience. This text is primarily supposed to be descriptive, not selling.

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Maidenhead, starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to teach a key stage where children develop independence, resilience, and critical skills in literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and support all pupils. You will have the chance to nurture curiosity, foster confidence, and create a love of learning that children will carry throughout their education. Our school values creativity, inclusion, and reflective practice, and we are looking for a teacher who shares these principles and can inspire pupils through engaging and meaningful lessons.

Collaboration is central to our ethos. You will work closely with colleagues across Key Stage 2, sharing best practices, contributing to whole-school initiatives, and ensuring continuity and progression in teaching and learning. The school encourages professional development, innovation, and the sharing of ideas to continually improve outcomes for pupils.

This role provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children’s learning and personal development during a formative stage of Key Stage 2.
