? Location: Chester or Bromley (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week)

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Support Analyst / Messaging Ops Support Engineer to join our growing team! This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and technical excellence are at the core of everything we do.
* Proven experience with Skype for Business, Mattermost/Symphony, MS Teams
* Strong knowledge of persistent chat platforms (Symphony/Mattermost essential)
* Familiarity with Cisco UC Suite (Teams, Jabber, WebEx)
* Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell a must)
* Monitoring tools like Splunk, SCOM
* Strong infrastructure knowledge to support messaging platforms
* Solid understanding of Active Directory, SQL, Networking, Linux, and Virtual Platforms
* Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting and managing Unified Communications platforms
* Handling escalations, infrastructure deployments, and production changes
* Collaborating with Architecture & Engineering teams
* Monitoring performance, capacity, and availability
* Providing on-call support as needed (nights/weekends)
