We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious five-star hotel and resort set within stunning countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking an experienced Events Sales Manager to drive revenue through the sale of a diverse range of indoor and outdoor event spaces.
This is a fast-paced and exciting role where you will manage incoming enquiries, convert business across corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations, and oversee the events diary to maximise occupancy and revenue, including associated accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries and convert event sales across multiple segments
Manage and optimise the events diary in line with pricing strategies
Build strong relationships with clients and internal departments
Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless delivery
Manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organisation and attention to detail
About You
Proven experience in hospitality or events sales
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience managing a busy sales pipeline or diary
Knowledge of systems such as Delphi is desirable
Driven, proactive, and commercially focused
