The Role
We’re looking for a switched-on, motivated and adaptable Customer Service Advisor to join our small and friendly team. You’ll be the voice of Mogo Direct — helping customers, managing orders and ensuring every experience is smooth and positive.
What You’ll Do
* Provide excellent support by phone and email
* Help customers with product and order queries
* Liaise with suppliers for updates and product details
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
* Process online and phone orders accurately
* Authorise returns and handle customer escalations
* Take on ad hoc tasks to support the team
What We’re Looking For
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
* Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain a customer-focused approach
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident, polite telephone manner
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Great attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

This in an office-based role and the working hours are 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday. In return you will receive a salary of between GBP26,000 and GBP29,000 per annum.
