Legal 500 ranked firm seeking Enfranchisement Solicitor to grow property team in Sussex! My client is offering the opportunity to work alongside an experienced property team who are recognised by Chambers and Partners and have excellent reputation. This is a multi-service law firm that attracts good quality work. They are specifically looking to appoint a junior to mid level candidate into their Enfranchisement team. The incoming Solicitor will be required to assist busy Solicitors and Partners with drafting legal documents, organising bulk lease extension files, Right to Manage claims, Tribunal proceedings and technical leasehold issues. The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience in such matters and be able to demonstrate this, training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to develop into a specialist Solicitor. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast and pro-active team, to handle a large case load with great variety of work and to develop your skills and career alongside supporting the existing fee earners.
