We’re looking for a New Product Introduction Manager based in Europe. This role will include extensive travel across European locations.

What you’ll do:
5. Take the lead in ensuring new products are successfully launched and integrated into the European business.
6. Support the Central Product team with the development of business cases for new product investments.
7. Ensure sales and operational readiness through strategic action plans.
8. Collaborate closely with leadership to identify and resolve facilities-related issues or requirements associated with the new product.
9. Engage in the sales opportunity pipeline and contribute to significant commercial opportunities.
10. Collaborate closely with delivery teams, offering support and actively contributing to initiatives aimed at strengthening their capabilities.
11. Ensure comprehensive technical training is accessible by actively participating in the design and delivery of training programs.
12. Support the achievement of budget and growth plans.
13. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all necessary technical details are available for marketing campaigns.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
14. Experience in product management, covering both commercial and operational aspects.
15. Proven expertise in at least one of the following product lines: Steam Generation, Temperature Control, Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS), Power or OFA Compressors.
16. An in-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
17. A successful track record in launching new products.
18. A strong technical background.
19. A keen focus on technological advancements and innovation.
20. Proven project management skills.
21. Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
