Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
* Provide information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
* Process transactions accurately at the till and handle cash responsibly.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
* Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.

* Strong communication skills in English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
