Responsibilities
* Hand assembly of Microwave Components, using soldering techniques
* Mechanical Assembly following a prescribed build process
* Following detailed assembly instructions
* Microwave testing using network analysers
* Following detailed test instructions
* Fault finding on microwave products
* Carrying out visual quality checks and packing
* Labelling of finished parts
* Ability to identify manufacturing improvements
Qualifications
* Understanding of microwave signals or electrical circuitry
* Previous Skills working within an Assembly and, or Manufacturing environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven competence in a similar role
* Demonstrate excellent dexterity and hand to eye co-ordination
* Work as part of a team
* Good time keeping
* Must be flexible
* Show Initiative
