Advance Dental Care
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our small friendly team.
Our practice has 3 surgeries & is fully computerised using Exact SOE software.
Experience working in a dental environment is desirable.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy and smart in appearance along with good customer service and IT skills are essential.
Duties will include:
* Setting up and preparing reception at the start of each day
* Ensuring the smooth daily running of the reception desk
* Checking patients into and out of the practice
* Making/cancelling appointments and managing the appointment books
* Dealing with patients via telephone and email
* Taking payments and daily cashing up
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
* Working along the practice manager to ensure the smooth running of the reception

Working days are Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience.
