Overall purpose of the job:
In order to conduct market research studies, we rely on the goodwill of registered volunteer consumers who take part in various tastings and product assessments. We are looking to recruit a Market Research Interviewer/Recruiter to help us find the consumers we need for these studies.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Running through screening questionnaires with consumers over the phone, to see if they are eligible to take part in a product test.
2. Sticking to recruitment quotas and ensuring we find the right people for each study.
3. Phoning consumers to remind them of their product testing session, and replacing cancellations where applicable.
Requirements:
1. Computer literacy (Teams; Outlook; Word; Excel)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Good attention to detail
4. Previous experience of working in market research (not essential)
Role Information
· Flexible hours to work around your lifestyle. Hours usually available Monday-Friday, including evenings, and sometimes weekends. Workload will determine how many hours we can give you each week. Full-time hours available when we are busy.
· Full training will be provided.
£12.21 per hour (with holiday pay = £13.68)
