Associate - Healthcare Real Estate - Bristol - 3-5 years PQE
Location: Bristol Office (Hybrid & Flexible)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £65,000 to £85,000
The Role
This role offers a varied and engaging caseload focused on healthcare sector property matters. Responsibilities include:
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and real estate finance
* Supporting health and social care transactions across independent hospitals, retirement living, and primary care
* Drafting and negotiating asset/share purchase agreements and conducting due diligence
* Preparing reports on title, certificates of title, and advice notes
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary projects
* Managing existing client relationships and contributing to business development
* Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team growth
Qualifications
* 3-5 years PQE, ideally with experience in healthcare or social care property
* Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
* Confidence in client-facing work and relationship building
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
* A proactive, commercial mindset and collaborative approach
* Enthusiasm for business development and sector engagement
Working Arrangements
* This role supports hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home and attend the Bristol office regularly.
