The setting is centred on pupil’s development, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills. The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this long term role. The successful SEND Multi Sports Coach will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role and will be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the young people’s individual needs. The position will involve working with young people with the aim of reintroducing them with back into education or providing guidance for their next path. The role will include using sports to inspire them in improving their personal and social development skills or challenges they are currently facing. This role will need someone who is patient, nurturing, a good mentor and able to communicate.
