Overview
Workforce and Resourcing Lead – People & Culture Specialist Services team.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage the Coleg y Cymoedd Talent Bank.
* Operate the spend approval gateway.
* Lead the development and management of the college’s Preferred Supplier List for agency services.
* Address structural causes of high agency spend by negotiating with confidence and challenging managers when spend falls outside agreed parameters.
Qualifications & Experience
* Resourcing or recruitment experience, including outside the FE sector.
* Understanding of how agency services operate.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Comfortable challenging managers at all levels.
Additional Requirements
* All staff must safeguard and promote learner welfare.
* Pre‑employment checks: enhanced DBS and, for roles involving direct learner interaction, EWC registration.
