Job Description An established and growing safety consultancy is looking to appoint a SHEQ Advisor to support a diverse portfolio of clients across the North of England. This is a hands-on, advisory role suited to someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, building strong client relationships, and making safety work in the real world — not ticking boxes. Covering a large regional patch, this role offers autonomy, flexibility, and clear progression within a people-focused business that genuinely invests in its team. The Role Providing competent, practical and proportionate SHEQ advice to a varied client base Conducting risk assessments, audits and gap analyses across multiple industries Developing RAMS, policies, procedures, toolbox talks and safety documentation Supporting construction clients with CPPs and wider CDM requirements Delivering ad hoc phone and email advice to retained clients Supporting implementation of management systems and improvement plans Working with a bespoke digital safety platform to build risk libraries, audits and templates Managing your own diary, travel and workload while retaining and developing client relationships Clients span sectors including construction, manufacturing, education, waste & recycling, utilities, farming, events and renewables.
