About the role
As a Management Intern, you'll gain exposure to the inner workings of a multidisciplinary consultancy. You'll support project delivery, contribute to organizational planning, and assist in coordinating initiatives across finance, engineering, and procurement. The role blends research, analysis, and execution — giving you a front-row seat to how management decisions shape outcomes in technical and commercial contexts.
Key responsibilities
* Support project management activities: timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
* Conduct market and sector research to inform client strategy and internal initiatives.
* Assist with business development tasks such as preparing proposals, presentations, and case studies.
* Help structure internal processes (reporting templates, knowledge libraries, performance trackers).
* Participate in team meetings, capturing action points and following up on execution.
What you'll gain

Candidate profile
* Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset). Curious, reliable, and eager to contribute.
