A leading design & build specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high‑quality workplace and commercial interior projects. You’ll be responsible for managing projects end‑to‑end, working closely with clients, designers, commercial teams and subcontractors to ensure every scheme is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.
The Role
As a Design & Build Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects across the region, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading projects from pre‑construction through to handover
* Working closely with design teams to ensure buildability and alignment with client vision
* Overseeing programme, cost control and quality assurance
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates
