We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our busy and friendly team in theKirkby office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in recruitment.
What youll be doing:
* Winning new clients by making cold calls to potential clients
* Sourcing candidates across a range of roles
* Managing job boards, CV databases, and social media
* Screening applicants and arranging interviews
* Helping place the right people in the right roles
What were looking for:
* Someone proactive, organised, and people-focused
* Strong communication skills
* Confidence to make sales calls
* Experience in a recruitment or admin role is a bonus, but not essential
