Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the TRANSPORT industry
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
* Excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
