Tier 1 main contractor
Are you a Senior Construction Manager from a Tier 1 main contractor background? Proven CAT B fit out delivery on major schemes? Have you delivered on construction of commercial offices / research facilities?
My client are seeking an experienced and competent individual, with the 'must haves' being;
* Leadership & management skills
* Experience on £100m+ projects overseeing large packages (within a team)
* Forward thinking, process driven - but with 'real' construction experience.
The successful applicant will be working on the initial project for at least 18 months with a potential for a further x5 years with additional project phases.
