Remote (London based) | Weekly travel to Central London clinics and meetings
Full-time | 40 hours per week
Hours: Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend cover. Flexible hours required to meet needs of the service.
Salary: From £35,000 - dependent on experience
Reporting to: General Manager, UK
Start Date: Immediate

As our UK operations continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager to help scale our systems, support our clinical team, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
The Opportunity
This is a key operational role within a fast-growing healthcare and performance company.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operational systems, scheduling processes, and administrative function.
You will line manage our Admin Lead and ensure clinician schedules, booking systems, and internal workflows run efficiently as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, managing people, improving processes, and supporting a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
* Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Remedy’s UK services, ensuring systems and processes support efficient and high-quality service delivery.
* Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational improvements and support business growth.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and introduce improvements that increase operational efficiency.
Team Management
* Manage and support the Admin Lead responsible for bookings and administrative coordination.
* Provide guidance, training, and structure to ensure the administrative function runs smoothly.
* Ensure clear communication between clinicians, administration, and leadership.
Scheduling & Capacity Management
* Oversee clinician schedules and booking systems to ensure optimal use of practitioner time.
* Monitor appointment flow, utilisation, and clinic capacity across services.
* Work with clinicians and management to plan availability and optimise scheduling.
Systems & Reporting
* Maintain and optimise operational systems including our clinic management platform (Jane) and internal tools.
* Track bookings, utilisation, and operational performance using Excel and reporting tools.
* Provide insights and operational reports to support decision making.
Client Experience
* Ensure administrative systems support a seamless, professional client experience.
* Handle escalated scheduling or operational issues when required.
* Work closely with clinicians and the administrative team to maintain high service standards.
What we are looking for
Essential
* Previous experience working in a clinical environment (physiotherapy, MSK, sports medicine, or similar preferred)
* Previous experience in an operations, practice management, or administrative leadership role
* Experience managing or supervising administrative or operational teams
* Strong organisational and operational planning skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Experience with digital booking platforms or clinic management systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong team coordination
Desirable
* Experience working in physiotherapy clinics or multidisciplinary healthcare teams
* Experience using Jane clinic software or similar clinic management platforms
* Experience working across multi-practitioner or multi-location services
* Experience improving operational systems within a growing organisation
