About the Role
This is not a traditional demand generation role, and it is not a narrow RevOps seat. You will work across strategy and execution to help identify the right accounts, sharpen positioning, personalize outreach at scale, and create repeatable pipeline.
One day you might be building an account selection workflow. The next, refining messaging, launching a campaign, or creating a signal-based outbound system that gets the team into the right
conversations faster.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines systems thinking, outbound execution, AI-native workflows, and strong commercial judgment.
Requirements
- 2 to 6+ years in growth, outbound, RevOps, GTM systems, or a similar builder role.
- Experience in startups or high-velocity environments where ownership matters.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern GTM tools and workflows.
- Comfort using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn, enrichment platforms, CRMs, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong copy and messaging instincts.
- Ability to move from idea to execution quickly.
- Good judgment on when to automate and when human context matters.
- Enough analytical rigor to measure what is working, and enough pragmatism to change course fast.
- Excitement for building, not just maintaining.
- Clear communication and a bias to action.
Bonus points
- Experience selling into construction, industrial, energy, field operations, procurement, AP, or contractor-heavy environments.
- Experience in founder-led sales environments.
- Experience creating outbound systems tied to account signals, industry events, or trigger-based workflows.
- Strong intuition for how AI can improve GTM execution without making it generic.
- Experience as an early GTM hire at a startup.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve outbound and account-based growth systems.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for research, targeting, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Identify high-intent signals and convert them into sales actions.
- Run experiments across outbound email, LinkedIn, data-driven prospecting, and other scalable
channels.
- Partner closely with leadership on positioning, campaign angles, and GTM priorities.
- Create and refine messaging for different buyer personas and market segments.
- Turn customer proof points, use cases, and market insight into assets that support pipeline generation.
- Improve enrichment, targeting, routing, and sequencing across the GTM stack.
- Help define what a modern, AI-native GTM engine should look like.
- Bring structure to an early-stage motion without slowing it down.
