- Family Law Caerphilly | Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience) | Full-time | Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team based in their Caerphilly office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or experienced legal professional with a strong background in family law who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients across a range of private family law matters.
This role would suit someone confident working independently while also collaborating effectively within a professional team.
Key Duties Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters.
Handle cases relating to divorce, separation, and ancillary relief/financial settlements.
Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout all stages of their case.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of progress and outcomes.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court applications.
Attend client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings where required.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of legal services.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Undertake general administrative duties and case management tasks.
Requirements Qualified Solicitor or relevant legal qualification with proven experience in family law.
Experience handling private family matters including divorce and financial settlements.
Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general case management systems.
