We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to help us build a healthier nation by defining and implementing our customer experience strategy, ensuring a deep understanding of our current and prospective customers, and placing the customer at the core of our decision-making process.
As our Customer Experience Manager, you will:
* Manage concierge/Front of House, fitness teams, and Food & Beverage services effectively.
* Drive the commercial success of revenue-generating services and member retention, including subscriptions, swimming, F&B, retail, and junior programming.
* Set standards for customer experience across the entire customer journey.
* Collaborate with Business Insights to collect and present customer feedback and insights effectively.
* Establish measurement frameworks for customer experience indicators.
* Liaise with stakeholders to support key performance outcomes.
To succeed, you should be collaborative, communicate effectively, and have:
* An honours degree or equivalent experience and qualifications.
* Knowledge, skills, and experience in customer experience, sales, and marketing.
* An understanding of developing trends in customer expectations and segmentation.
