Job Description:
Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a new service from the ground up? We're offering an exciting opportunity to manage a brand-new EBD children's home, set in a modern, fully refurbished property, with full support and generous benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the home, including care planning, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
* Lead and inspire your team to work collaboratively with young people, families, and external professionals.
* Ensure that care and support are delivered in line with individual needs and the home's Statement of Purpose.
* Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and risk management.
* Drive continuous improvement through reflection, learning, and development.
What We're Looking For
* Proven management experience within a children's residential care setting.
* Completed (or willingness to begin within 3 months) one of the following:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services
* RMA / NVQ Level 4 / ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management
* Strong working knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and The Children Act 1989/2010.
* Confident, resilient, and calm under pressure with a passion for improving outcomes for young people.
