Supply Chain &Retail Division
Supply ChainServices provides both pre-wholesale and wholesale distribution ofpharmaceutical, healthcare and animal health products to pharmaciesand hospital nationwide. The business supports a diverse customerbase through the provision of strong service levels coupled withinnovative commercial initiatives. In addition, the businessprovides services and supports that help independent communitypharmacy to compete more effectively in an increasingly difficultenvironment and runs a network of Uniphar-owned pharmacies underthe Life, Allcare and Hickeys symbolbrands.

RoleResponsibilities
* BusinessDevelopment: Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunitieswithin the target countries andmarkets.
* Key AccountManagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships withclients including UN organizations, NGOs, Ministries of Health,Central Medical stores, distributors and other potentialclients.
* Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieverevenue targets.
* Negotiationand Contract Management: Lead negotiations and oversee contractagreements withclients.
* Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends,needs, and competitoractivities.
* Client andstakeholder engagement: Travel internationally to meet withexisting and potential clients and explore businessopportunities.
* TeamCollaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensureseamless service delivery and customersatisfaction.
Key Skills &Experiences
* Proventrack record with 6+ years of relevant experience in sales andbusiness development within the pharmaceutical, medical, or aid& developmentsector.
* RelationshipManagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintainstrong relationships with diversestakeholders.
* StrategicThinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans alignedwith businessobjectives.
* CommunicationSkills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communicationskills to effectively convey ideas andproposals.
