We are an Expert Fee Collection Agency operating in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market for the last 24 years. We provide a range of broking services including fee and indemnity collections and are looking for an Insurance Technician to join our growing and dynamic team of professionals.
Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for handling the processing and collection of our client’s invoices
2. Liaising with Underwriters/Clients to resolve queries
3. Preparing and submitting paper file presentations where necessary
4. Client meetings and entertaining
5. Providing reports, forecasts, and preparation for client meetings
6. Proficient use of the Microsoft Office package is essential
This role will ideally suit an experienced claims professional with knowledge of the London market. The individual must be willing to learn, be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and work confidently as part of a team. Full training will be provided and CII studies will be paid for.
