Pay rate: Day: £21ph

Role and Responsibilities:
1. To support managing the waiting list for Older Adults with varying mental health issues and co-morbidities.
2. Risks management awareness needed.
3. Liaising with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care.
Nursing Qualifications and Requirements:
4. Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
5. Fully enhanced valid DBS
