Role Summary
Louise Bradley is renowned for creating timeless, elegant interiors that balance comfort and luxury. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our Procurement team across FF&E and our retail showroom. This role will provide essential administrative and operational support across the procurement process, ensuring that every order, from bespoke furniture to decorative accessories, is delivered with accuracy and care. Working closely with the Procurement team, Designers, and Showroom teams the successful candidate will develop a strong grounding in luxury interiors procurement and play a key role in the smooth delivery of projects and client orders.
Required Qualifications
Experience in procurement, buying, or interiors administration from a homeware or interior background.
A genuine interest in luxury interiors, furniture, and design, with a willingness to learn.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and confidence in learning systems (EstiPC experience advantageous).
Strong communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under direction.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to build knowledge in FF&E procurement.
Responsibilities
Support the Procurement team with administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, logging supplier quotations, and maintaining order trackers.
Assist with supplier communications, requesting samples, lead times, and quotations as directed.
Keep procurement records and databases up to date, ensuring accuracy in budgets, orders, and approvals.
Monitor delivery schedules and provide updates to the Procurement Coordinator and Project Managers.
Help coordinate deliveries and installations, ensuring all logistics are correctly documented.
Check supplier invoices against orders and assist with financial administration.
Contribute to the organisation of the supplier library, including fabrics, finishes, and catalogues.
Provide day-to-day support to the Procurement Coordinator, learning the end-to-end process of FF&E procurement.
Undertake general office duties to support the smooth running of the procurement function.
