M&E Manager £65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + 34 days holiday + Progression Slough, London A rare and exciting opportunity for an Electrical and Mechanical expert to join a thriving contractor working on variety of high value car park projects where you will have autonomy to make it your own with progression. Have you got experience working on Electrical and Mechanical projects? Are you looking to work on a variety of large scale works? Do you want a role where you can make it your own and eventually run a team? This well-established contractor are market leaders within the multi storey car park construction sector offering a full design, production and build of steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalised on the UK market in the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland and Wales and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Now due to company growth they're looking for a M&E specialist. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual with a strong Electrical background and some mechanical knowledge to join a brand new role within the business alongside a clear progression path to directorship.In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the Mechanical and Electrical components of projects are well-coordinated, meet quality standards, and are completed within budget and to schedule constraints. Your role will consist of pre-construction duties such as collaborating with M&E Consultants to ensure precision and practicality in drawings. As well as Construction duties including overseeing the M&E Contractor to ensure precise installation in accordance with the approved drawings.The ideal candidate will have a strong Electrical background with Mechanical knowledge, you have a strong understanding of managing external M&E Consultants looking to take on a more senior role within a growing main contractor and progress through the ranks to director level.The Role: * Managing the M&E design and installation * Liaising with external M&E Consultants ensuring drawings are accurate * Managing the M&E sub contractors * Making sure installations are to drawings, quality standards and compliantThe Person * Electrical qualification and background * Some Mechanical knowledge * Experience working on Construction Projects * Knowledge of liaising with M&E Consultants and overseeing contractors * Full UK Driving LicenseReference: BBBH274476To apply for this role or for to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Zoe Cann at Rise Technical Recruitment.
