Responsibilities
* Prepare bundles including correspondence, exhibits, hearing materials, and other types of case evidence (CE).
* Bookmark and index bundles for easy navigation and reference.
* Perform redactions and extractions as required.
* Provide document passwords telephonically; include the central Softphone number in all correspondence requiring a password.
* Coordinate printing, scanning, copying, and other tasks with Central Services (formerly Docucentre).
* Password protect documents for FEs and embed documents in Word files for distribution.
* Update details on the VF system.
* Add FE e-signatures to documents and letters.
* Hyperlink documents and maintain organised digital files.
* BER requests (SWE).
* Contacting client to advise upload to portal through app (CP, EM, etc.) (SWE).
