Job Description
1. Maintain effective administration for the day-to-day operation of the apprentice training programmes and training centre
2. Support training centre reception duties and delegate satisfaction by offering guidance
3. Encourage a supportive learning environment within the training centre, encouraging positive behaviours from all delegates and staff
4. Liaising with Servace and clients in relation to the bookings of learner webinars, learner and staff hotel accommodation / requirements
5. Support with planning and organising adhoc events and team meetings
6. Support with planning and organising the training centre utilising ScheduleIT
7. Data / administration input to cover learner starts, reviews, health & safety reports, functional skills and learner support funding, achievers, early leavers, certification into the LMS
8. Support any data or systems related activities necessary for the maintenance of Government funded contracts
9. Offer learner support when required and ensure all actions support learner safeguarding
10. Supporting with client/programme requests as well as offering accurate advice on Levy and Non-Levy Contracts
11. Support compliance by following process and accuracy in all work and data entry
12. Produce reports where required
13. Supporting with day to day requests from the operational team and any other Bosch Leaders.
Qualifications
14. A good level of education with strong proficiency in English, Maths and ICT
15. Highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS applications and data applications
16. Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines
17. Good communication skills required
18. Possess strong organisational skills
19. Use balanced judgement and informed decision making in the delivery of his/her duties
20. Display, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company
21. Take ownership of customer queries. Think partnerships. Work collaboratively with all members of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) business.
22. Understand the goals and operating targets of the business and the way in which he/she contributes towards the success of Bosch MA within the UK
23. Engage in the process of improving our business processes by contributing ideas and suggestions
