Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome and personalized service to all guests
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, transport, tours, and local recommendations
Arrange taxis, airport transfers, and special guest requests
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and discreetly
Train and manage luggage porters
Maintain excellent knowledge of London attractions, events, and services
Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold the hotels service standards and image
Requirements
Previous experience as a Concierge or in a guest-facing hospitality role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of London and its amenities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
Right to work in the UK
