The welcoming school provides an excellent learning environment designed specifically to meet the needs of all its learners. This is a small school with a strong sense of team, comprising of 6 small classes of learners; it is of utmost importance that collaboration with colleagues and strong communication is held as a priority to ensure that the learners develop in all areas of life. The children attending this school have very individual and profound needs within their Autism and ADHD diagnoses and can display challenging behaviour in certain situations and therefore the school does require a teaching assistant who is well experienced in supporting the above needs.
