CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER Position: Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester Location: Ilford Rate: £24.00 Per Hour (Outside IR35) THE ROLE: We are currently looking for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician with an MOT Licence to work at our client’s workshop on an ongoing contractual basis. You will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance and repair work and MOTs on a wide range of motor vehicles. The contract is outside IR35 and the rate on offer is £24.00 per hour. CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – SKILLS REQUIRED: * Qualified to Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or similar in the relevant disciplines. * Valid MOT Licence * Experience carrying out repair and service work to a variety of vehicles. * Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of mechanical & electrical vehicle faults. * Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workshop. * UK Driving License and possess your own tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work as part of a productive team. * Time management and organizational skills.
