We are seeking a passionate and flexible SEN Teacher to join our welcoming and well-resourced Special Educational Needs team, delivering a mixed curriculum to children and young people with additional needs.
About the Role:
* Deliver a broad, balanced, and personalised curriculum across all key stages (age range 4–19)
* Use a variety of sensory, therapeutic, and functional learning approaches
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and support staff
* Lead and manage a class team of teaching assistants
* Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching pupils with additional or complex needs (or a strong interest in SEN)
* Able to deliver differentiated and engaging lessons across a wide range of abilities
* Creative, resilient, and team-oriented
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
