Per Diem – $55.00 per hour. Full Time – $38.00 – $50.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans.
* Provide skilled, evidence‑based interventions tailored to resident goals.
* Collaborate with nursing, therapy and medical teams to optimize outcomes.
* Support residents and families through education and encouragement.
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
* Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy.
* State license to practice physical therapy.
* Two years’ experience in physical therapy preferred.
* Ability to direct others as necessary.
* Strong reading, writing, speaking and understanding of the English language at an intermediate or advanced level.
