Joseph Sutton Motor Company in Maidstone is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our small, friendly team.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys cars and wants to get into the motor trade.
Main duties include:
• Delivering and collecting vehicles
• Helping organise vehicle preparation
• Supporting the sales team
• Photographing and advertising cars
• Assisting with TikTok and social media
• General day-to-day dealership tasks
What we're looking for:
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Interest in cars
The role:
• Full-time position
• 5 days per week including every Saturday
• One weekday off and Sunday.
• Salary: £24,500 – £25,500 depending on experience
• £100 monthly team bonus when targets are hit
• Friendly, family-run environment with room to grow
