Marketing Executive
As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the execution of the hotel’s marketing strategy, supporting brand positioning, guest engagement and revenue growth across all platforms. You will work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop and deliver campaigns, partnerships and content that reflect the luxury identity of St. Regis and resonate with our target audience. This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about luxury hospitality marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print and on‑property channels
* Assist in developing content for websites, social media, email campaigns and promotional materials
* Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
* Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments including Sales, Events, Food & Beverage and Rooms
* Support partnerships, collaborations and brand activations to enhance visibility and engagement
* Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, insights and analysis
* Manage and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
* Assist in organising photoshoots, events and promotional initiatives
* Respond to marketing and guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain records of campaigns, assets and marketing activity
* Support budget tracking and administrative tasks within the marketing function
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
Core Competencies
* Previous experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
* Strong understanding of brand positioning and customer engagement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media, CMS, email platforms)
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
* A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach, working effectively across departments
